Amazon have a dedicated team to answer all your purchase questions. You will need your Amazon order ID at hand when you call them so please have this ready. 

How long will it take Customer Service to respond to my email?

Please expect a response within a couple of hours Monday-Friday and a bit longer on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All RevereSport orders are processed within 2 business days and are shipped via the postal option chosen at checkout.

Express Delivery: 1-2 Days (Without Courier Delay)
Standard Delivery: 3-5 Days (Without Courier Delay)


Please always leave a few extra days before contacting us because your parcel may just have been a little slow to arrive.

How do I return an item purchased through RevereSport.com?

Please contact the RevereSport customer returns team to obtain a returns number using the returns form found on the shipping and returns page. Please see full terms & conditions more detailed information. Any questions regarding purchases made through Amazon please contact Amazon directly.

Can I exchange my item?

To exchange your item, you must first return the old item to us unused and in 'as new' condition.  If you wish to exchange your item, please contact the customer service team using the contact link found at the bottom of the page. A customer care member will do everything they can to assist you.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order please use the Contact Us link on the bottom of each page. Our ability to cancel an order will depend upon how soon after you placed the order you contact us. Orders that can be cancelled will be refunded within 48 hours to the original form of payment.

How long is my RevereSport product under warranty? What does the warranty policy cover?

At RevereSport, our first priority is customer satisfaction. That is why we offer a Lifetime Hassle-Free Warranty on all RevereSport products purchased directly from RevereSport.com or authorized resellers (Amazon). Our Warranty Policy is straightforward: We offer to either replace, repair or refund your product, at our discretion, with any defect in manufacturing workmanship (but not due to customer damage). Our Warranty does not include connected devices, incidental and/or consequential damages of any kind. The customer is responsible for the one-way shipping cost to send the product to us. Email us using the form on this LINK to receive a Warranty Return Authorization Number, which must be included with the returned item. Please see the Warranty page and Terms & Conditions for further information on our warranty. If you have any further questions regarding our Lifetime Hassle-Free Warranty, contact us. Expect a response within 24 hours. Our Warranty Policy is only applicable to the original owner of the product.

I have submitted my warranty claim. When will I receive my replacement?

You will receive an approval/rejection notification on your claim within 24-48 hours. If more than 72 hours have passed since the claim was submitted, and you have not received any notification, please contact RevereSport Customer Support for assistance.


RevereSport replacement orders are processed within 2 business days and you can expect to receive your purchase in 5 to 10 days.

What is the status of my order?

My shipment says it has arrived but I have no parcel?

Please contact our customer care team with your order ID and we will contact the courier company on your behalf.

Please be aware that we have no control over where the courier leaves the parcel. If the you miss delivery the courier will leave a card informing you about how to re-arrange shipment or where the parcel has been safely stored (i.e Neighbours or local warehouse).


 


As with any shipment, a delay or loss of goods is possible. In such a case, the currier shall start an investigation. Every effort is made, for as long as necessary, to find the package. If the package is not found, the carrier will reimburse RevereSport, who will deliver a new, identical package to the customer free of charge or submit you a full refund.

ARMBANDS FAQ

Can RevereSport Premium Armbands be used with a phone in a case?

RevereSport Premium Armbands are designed to fit your device with only a slim case on. We have made every attempt to ensure slim cases do fit but there are many cases on the market and sometimes cases may prove not to be suitable.  If you find your case restricts the access to the armband function such as touchscreen then please kindly remove the case to enjoy using the armband. The armbands are NOT compatible with large cases such as OtterBox and LifeProof.


 

What devices are the RevereSport Premium Armbands compatible with?

There are several models of RevereSport Premium Armbands. Each has multiple compatibilities. Please review the product page to determine which armband is compatible with your specific phone.

What size arms do the RevereSport Premium Armbands fit?

RevereSport Premium Armbands are designed to fit the following sized arms
Armband: Very Small – Medium Arms 21cm – 40cm
Armband + Extender: Medium to very large arms 30cm – 50cm


Not all armbands come with the extender strap. This is clearly marked on the product detail page so please double check the size before placing your order.

How do I use the Extender strap on a RevereSport Premium Armband?

The extender strap is designed to increase the arm circumference of the armband to fit around 21cm – 50cm arms. To secure the extender strap to the armband please click on this link for a video or follow the simple steps below;


1. Line up the Velcro on both the arm strap and extender strap so they are both facing in the same direction (towards you)
2. Feed the end of the arm strap through the plastic loop on the extender strap.
3. Close the Velcro on the arm strap around the plastic loop on the extender strap. If you close the Velcro right at the end of the strap then the armband will be longer, if you close the Velcro further down the strap then the armband will be smaller.
4. The armband and extender are now securely joined together to create one long arm strap.
5. Securely fasten the arm strap around your arm until it feels comfortable and secure.

Will the RevereSport Premium Armband fall down my arm when I exercise?

The RevereSport premium armband is designed to stay secure during even the most intense exercise routine. We use a secure grip neoprene that is soft against your skin and will even hold when wet with sweat. Please note that there can be the rare occasions when the armband does slip, please see below; 


 


WHY DOES MY ARMBAND SLIP



  • PULL A LITTLE TIGHTER: If the armband is not feeling secure then try to position the armband so you can pull the neoprene a little tighter. This may feel a little uncomfortable in the beginning but the straps are designed to offer a little stretch. This means they will slowly begin to fit around your arm and thus hold secure when you exercise. If you can not get the armband to hold secure, then please contact us for a no questions asked refund.

  • ARM SHAPE: Unfortunately, every arm is different in both size and shape and sometimes the armband will not be suitable. If this is the case, then please contact us for a no questions asked refund or replacement.

  • FAULTY ITEM: You may have received a faulty item, as with any manufacturing in the world sometimes we too make mistakes too. If the armband is not suitable then please return for a full no questions asked refund or replacement.

What size fits in the keyholder of the RevereSport Premium Armbands?

RevereSport Premium Armbands come with 2 different key size options.

Armband – Holds 1 slim key only (Not car key or key fob)
Armband Case: Has secure key loop for fastening your keys. Will hold slim car key or 1-3 house size keys

Can the RevereSport Premium Armbands hold a credit card, license or cash?

RevereSport Premium Armbands come with 2 different options.

Armband – Has sufficient room inside for to place 1 credit card, license or cash behind the phone (Not car key or key fob)
Armband Case: Has secure inside pockets for holding cash, cards 1-3 and earphones

What materials are the RevereSport Premium Armbands made from?

RevereSport Premium Armbands are made from Nylon and Neoprene materials. RevereSport uses both glue and stitching in the manufacturing on the Velcro strap of our Premium Armbands. All product material information will be clearly stated on the packaging for your reference.

What is the front of the RevereSport Premium Armbands made of?

RevereSport Premium Armbands come with 2 different options.


 


Armband – Has a clear PVC phone screen touch responsive cover (The PVC does not come into contact with your skin) on the front to protect the smartphone while in the armband.
Armband Case – Has a clear touch responsive TPU screen cover. TPU is safer for the environment and offers a slightly more responsive touch screen experience.

How do you recommend cleaning the RevereSport Premium Armbands?

RevereSport Premium Armbands should be hand washed with a solution of warm water and mild detergent. They should be air-dried.

How does the RevereSport Premium Armband protect the device from sweat/rain?

The armbands are not waterproof and should not be submerged or introduced to long and heavy rain contact. RevereSport Premium Armbands are water-resistant and will protect your phone from light rain and sweat.


 


Armband – Water-resistant neoprene and device enclosure flap to prevent moisture from entering the pocket of the armband.
Armband Case – Extremely water-resistant with extra water-blocking nylon layer, water-resistant neoprene and waterproof zipper to prevent moisture from entering the pocket of the armband.

Are RevereSport Premium Armbands water resistant?

RevereSport Premium Armbands are made from material that is water resistant which repels normal amounts of sweat and moisture.


Armband – Water-resistant neoprene and device enclosure flap to prevent moisture from entering the pocket of the armband.
Armband Case – Extremely water-resistant with extra water-blocking nylon layer, water-resistant neoprene and waterproof zipper to prevent moisture from entering the pocket of the armband.

Are RevereSport Premium Armbands waterproof?

RevereSport Premium Armbands are made from material that is water resistant which repels normal amounts of sweat and moisture but they are not waterproof.

Can I use the touch screen on my device while it is in the RevereSport Premium Armband?

RevereSport Premium Armbands are made to allow access to the screen of the smartphone while in the armband.

Do I have access to the volume and unlock buttons while the phone is in the RevereSport Premium Armband?

RevereSport Premium Armbands are not designed with a specific cutout for the side buttons (volume control) to be operated. The reason for this is because to include many holes would reduce the overall water-resistance of the armbands. However most controls can be operated through the material and you will have access to functionality of the smartphone including the volume and unlock buttons while in the armband.

Do I have access to the fingerprint ID feature while the phone is in the RevereSport Premium Armband?

Yes the latest version of the Armband offer Fingerprint ID access. However not all RevereSport Premium Armbands are not designed with a specific cutout for the fingerprint ID to be accessed through the armband. The armbands that do offer this function will clearly state this on the detail page description and title. 


*NOTE – All RevereSport armbands DO facilitate phones with the touch ID access but first you need to turn off the function in your settings. This is very secure and you can re-activate the touch ID access once you remove the phone from the armband.

How to turn off Touch ID in Settings on IPHONE?

iPhone: How to disable fingerprint scanner on iPhone and iPhone Plus:



  1. Open the “Settings” app on the iPhone

  2. Go to “Touch ID & Passcode” and authenticate with your passcode as usual

  3. Under the ‘Use Touch ID for:’ section, flip the switches to turn off Touch ID (turn it off for all settings if you want to completely disable the feature):


    • iPhone Unlock (or iPad Unlock) – turn this off to disable Touch ID to unlock and access the device


  4. Insure that you have enabled a pass code and are using one, then exit out of Settings as usual

  5. You can now open your phone home screen using a password rather than the touch ID.

Samsung - How to disable fingerprint scanner on Samsung Galaxy and Galaxy Edge:


  1. Turn on your Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge.

  2. From the Home screen, go to the Menu.

  3. Select on Settings.

  4. Select on Lock screen and security.

  5. Select on Screen Lock Type.


After you have followed the steps from above, you’ll have to use your fingerprint to turn off this feature. You can change the Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge feature to a different method to unlock the lock screen with the following options:



  • Swipe

  • Pattern

  • Pin

  • Password

  • None


After you have changed the way that you unlock your Samsung Galaxy S7, you’ll be able to disable and turn off the fingerprint scanner. You can now use your new security method to securely enter your phone home screen and have full phone access inside the armband.

How are earbuds connected to the phone while the phone is in the RevereSport Premium Armband?

RevereSport Premium Armbands have cutouts that allow you to access the headphone jack through the armband.

What is the warranty on the RevereSport Premium Armbands?

RUNNING / HYDRATION BELT FAQ

Does the RevereSport running belts bounce when full?

For best results, position your belt below your waistband. Place flat and larger items closest to your body. The heavier the items the more snuggly you’ll want to adjust the elastic on your running belt. A standard load consists of a smart phone, cash, ID, and car key.

Does the RevereSport hydration bottle bounce when full?

The hydration belt has a secure layer inside the belt that prevents the bottle from bouncing. You can train securely with a full hydration bottle and not be distracted.

Is the RevereSport running belt washable?

Yes. Hand wash with a mild detergent and hang to dry.
Care concerns: machine washing and drying your RevereSport running belt may lead to fabric snags and broken plastic.

Will the pocket on the RevereSport running belt hold my smartphone?

The pocket on the RevereSport running belt holds most smartphones, please see below;


Slim Fit Running Belt : Holds phones up to 13cm Screen i.e. iPhone 7 / Samsung S7
Hydration Running Belt : Holds phones up to 14.5cm Screen i.e. iPhone 7+ / Samsung S7 Edge.

Will the pocket on the RevereSport running belt hold my smartphone with a case on?

The pocket on the RevereSport running belt holds most smartphones with a slim case on, please see below;


Slim Fit Running Belt : Holds phones up to 13cm Screen i.e. iPhone 7 / Samsung S7 with slim case on (Not otterbox / Lifeproof size case)
Hydration Running Belt : Holds phones up to 14.5cm Screen i.e. iPhone 7+ / Samsung S7 Edge with a slim case on. Will hold otterbox / lifeproof size case but only for phones up to 5.1” screen.

Is there a special hole for the earplugs?

Yes, all RevereSport running belts have a waterproof rubber earphone hole so the earbuds can be fed through the opening and you can listen to music.

Can I attach a racing bib (number) to my RevereSport running belt? If so, which models and how do I attach?

Currently only the Hydration belt supports attaching a racing bib (number). Please instruction below:



  • Squeeze plastic toggle and remove black cord.

  • Loop one end of cord around belt.

  • Insert one end of cord through hole on bib.

  • Squeeze toggle and insert both ends of cord into toggle hole.

  • Repeat on the other side.

Is the RevereSport running belt sweat-proof or waterproof?

IMPORTANT: RevereSport running belts are NOT waterproof. Items may be exposed to moisture from rain or extreme sweating. We recommend the use of a waterproof resealable bag if using with electronics or other small personal items that must remain dry.

Are RevereSport running belts reflective?

All RevereSport running belts have reflective strips around the zipper and on the strap feed loop to offer extra reflectivity. If you are running on the roads at night, please be safe and use a high visibility clothing to help be seen.

How do I wash my water bottle?

he RevereSport hydration water bottles are dishwasher safe on the top rack.
