Delivery & Tracking

Here at RevereSport we want you to be happy and informed. We will keep in contact with you throughout the purchasing and shipping process. We even contact you once the item is delivered just to see if there is anything else you need.  We really enjoy interacting with our customers and it is always a pleasure to speak with you.




ADDRESS: Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and can not be altered once the order is confirmed by email.

PRICE: Delivery within the UK mainland will be subject a delivery fee calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Standard Delivery 3-5 Business Days - £2.99
Express Delivery 1-2 Business Days - £4.99
International Delivery 7-11 Business Days - £5.99

TIME: We will endeavour to deliver between three to seven working days for UK mainland deliveries but this cannot always be guaranteed. Please always allow extra time for non working days like weekends and bank holidays. All our deliveries are subject to the prevailing delivery timescales quoted by our chosen courier service.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: If you require express delivery please let us know by choosing the express delivery option during the checkout process.

MISSED DELIVERY: If the you miss delivery the courier will leave a card informing you about how to re-arrange shipment or where the parcel has been safely stored (i.e Neighbours or local warehouse). If goods are returned to us because you fail to take delivery and you request a re-delivery you will be responsible for the re-delivery costs. We may waive this charge at our discretion. However, if we waive the costs and you subsequently return the good for refund we will deduct the re-delivery charges from your refund.

COURIER DELAY: As with any shipment, a delay or loss of goods is possible. In such a case, the carrier shall start an investigation. Every effort is made, for as long as necessary, to find the package. If the package is not found, the carrier will reimburse RevereSport, who will deliver a new, identical package to the customer free of charge. 

WEEKEND ORDERS: Please note, orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays may take a little longer to dispatch however we always aim to dispatch within 48 hours. This also applies to all express delivery orders.



We want to make the ordering process as simple as possible. Below is the email process we follow to ensure you are kept up to date with your order.


Email 1 - Order Acknowledged: You will receive an email to confirm your order has been received
Email 2 - Order Confirmed: You will receive an email to confirm your order has been confirmed and payment has been taken.
Email 3 - Order Dispatched: You will receive an email to confirm your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that once the order is dispatched we have no control over the time taken by the courier. 



We do not currently offer live parcel tracking. If your order has taken more than the estimated 3-5 days and it is not a weekend, then please contact us directly and we will track your order and update you within 24 hours. Please do not worry as we only use experienced couriers and we will always find a solution if there is any delay :-)
