These are the terms and conditions of supply for www.reveresport.com (Site). RevereSport.com is operated by Revere Sport Limited trading (we, us and our). We are a limited company, registered in England. Our registered company number is 10092473, and our registered office is at 20 Brickyard, Great Limber, Grimsby, DN37 8JU. Our VAT registration number is GB239428975.
Your purchase of any of the products offered on this Site (Products) is subject to these terms and conditions and by placing an order for any Product you agree to be bound by them. You confirm that you are of full age or have received parental permission and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and to subsequently place an order on RevereSport.com for Products. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the following additional terms also apply to your use of RevereSport.com and its associated features:
All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this Web Site are subject to change at any time without notice. All measurements, weights, colors and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in this Web Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this Web Site. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by changing them on RevereSport.com, although no such change will affect any order you have already placed with us. These terms and conditions were last updated on 12 December 2016.
ORDERING AND AVAILABILITY
Products may be ordered by clicking on the items you wish to purchase and then following the prompts that will appear on-screen. You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us by clicking the "Buy Now" button on the checkout page.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order reference number. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept any order. You do, however, acknowledge that by clicking on the "Buy Now" button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s) in the event that your order is accepted by us. Where we accept your order, we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms this (Acceptance Confirmation). The contract between you and us in relation to the Products ordered (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Acceptance Confirmation.. After entering into the Contract, we will be under a legal duty to supply you with goods that are in conformity with the Contract. We will send you an email confirming when the Product been despatched together with (where applicable) a tracking number.
The Contract will relate only to those Products we have confirmed in the Acceptance Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the acceptance such orders has been confirmed in a separate Acceptance Confirmation.
Our product and service offers apply for as long as they remain visible on RevereSport.com, except when special offers are available, in which case the term of validity of those offers will be stipulated on RevereSport.com. You are advised to check the availability of items on the relevant product information page.
If an item ordered is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order, in which case you will be notified accordingly. If you place an order for several products one of which is unavailable, we will inform you accordingly. The rest of the order will be processed and dispatched to you within the time limit indicated on RevereSport.com.
RevereSport.com may also offer to replace the unavailable item with a similar item of similar quality with your prior agreement. In this case, if you then exercise your right to cancel the order after receipt of the substitute item, you will be required to pay the return postage costs.
You may access and review orders placed by you on RevereSport.com by going to My Account.
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Acceptance Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the date of the Acceptance Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
We do not deliver to Channel Islands. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses. Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place. Please note that the courier may require deliveries to be signed for. Deliveries will be made to your door.
If you are unable to take delivery of items, you will have a certain period of time in which to collect the Product(s) from the specified courier. Thereafter, the Product(s) will be returned to us and we will consider you have exercised your right to cancel the order.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified within the Customer Delivery section. We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Products ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products ordered will also pass to you on delivery, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including any delivery charges, has been received.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of Products is as quoted on RevereSport.com from time to time.
Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due once you have selected your chosen delivery method.
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Acceptance Confirmation.
RevereSport.com contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on RevereSport.com may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our despatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We will charge your credit or debit card to full payment as soon as we pick the first item of your order in the warehouse. If we unfortunately notice a lack of availability of one of the Products, we will advise you immediately and you will be able to choose between the cancellation of the whole Order or a partial refund.
Please note that in the payment transaction process, we ask the card issuer to ring fence (reserve) the amount of any order before we pick the first item. It means that even if you order one item, it may still appear that you were charged for it, but as soon as we inform the card issuer that the order has been cancelled, the funds will be released straight back to you.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.
If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty, you should contact us as soon as possible, giving your name, address and order reference. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights. OUR REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
If you decide you no longer want the goods you can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund (Please Note Postal Charges Cannot Be Refunded) provided that you contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery and meet the following criteria;
- You must first complete the returns form click here to obtain a returns number. The returns number must be printed off and included with the returned item.
- The returns address is included on the shipping note inside the package. Alternatively contact us for the address.
- Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way).
- It should be returned with the original box, packing, labels and accessories. As the packaging material may be re-used it must not be unreasonably marked or damaged.
- You will be responsible for arranging return of the goods and paying all costs associated with return, please note proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.
To return the Products, you should package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name and address (enclosing any returns slip, if we have provided one) inside the parcel) and then return it to us, either by courier or by recorded delivery mail or other form of certified mail or if the Products are too bulky to return by mail then by a suitable carrier.
We advise that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting/despatch and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to us, except in the case of items which we substitute if the precise Products you order are not in stock.
Provided you meet all the above requirements We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise within 14 days of cancellation.
Details of the consumer rights described above, and an explanation of how to exercise them, are provided in the Acceptance Confirmation. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
The RevereSport Lifetime Warranty covers workmanship and materials against defect for the entire life of the product. During this period, if the product is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion (Maximum 1 replacement per any 12 month period). Contents of your bag, normal wear and tear, abuse and cosmetic wear and tear are excluded. ‘Lifetime’ is defined as the lifetime of the product not of the purchaser.
If there is a fault with your product within the lifetimes of the product or upon delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair or exchange of the goods provided that;
- The fault is clearly as a result of poor workmanship or faulty materials
- The fault is not the direct result of normal wear and tear or negligent actions
- We reserve the right to assess whether the fault meets the above criteria
- The request is outside of a 12 month period from any earlier replacement that may have taken place
- The replacement is to be shipped to the same country as the initial order confirmation.

If you do not wish your information to be used in this way we will delete your record from our database. We do not retain your credit card details nor will we provide your details to any third party.
Payment can be made by any method specified in the Checkout process. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
If your billing address and the delivery address differ, we may contact you and undertake additional security checks. This is to help protect you from potentially fraudulent use of your credit or debit card. Please help us to help you by assisting us in this process.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes will apply to any subsequent orders placed and will be available for review from the website only.
These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract. We are required by law to advise you that Contracts may be concluded in the English language only and that no public filing requirements apply.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and you agree that any dispute between you and us regarding them or any Contract will only be dealt with by the English courts, provided that, if you live in a part of the United Kingdom other than England, the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will govern and any dispute will only be dealt with by the courts there.
