GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION
If you decide you no longer require the goods for whatever reason you can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund provided that you contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery and meet the following criteria;
- You must first complete the returns form below to obtain a returns number. The returns number must be printed off and included with the returned item.
- The returns address is included on the shipping note inside the package. Alternatively contact us for the address.
- Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way).
- It should be returned with the original box, packing, labels and accessories. As the packaging material may be re-used it must not be unreasonably marked or damaged.
- You will be responsible for arranging return of the goods and paying all costs associated with return, please note proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.
PACKING THE RETURNED ITEM
To return the Products, you should package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name and address (enclosing any returns slip, if we have provided one, inside the parcel) and then return it to us, either by courier or by recorded delivery with a suitable carrier.
We advise that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting/despatch and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to us, except in the case of items which we substitute if the precise Products you order are not in stock.
Provided you meet all the above requirements We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise within 14 days of cancellation.
